We found the possum’s nest

We’ve always thought he lived elsewhere and only came to our house of an evening, but we were wrong. Take a look at the cheeky bugger in our palm tree.

He hasn’t messed up the balcony for a few weeks, probably thanks to my tree pruning, the nails and removing the green mesh. He hasn’t really got anywhere to sit up there now. Fingers crossed he stays away.

    $10 bucks says it has babies soon! You could cut down the tree, but maybe he’s better hiding in there than IN your roof!

    Can’t help it……it’s cute. Allan or Alana? Time will tell I guess. Although it’s been a pest you are kind of privileged really, but yes, better there than in your roof.

    Are you sure it’s ok in there? It looks like it’s stuck. Maybe that’s why it hasn’t been on your roof lately….

    @Kate - I hope he isn’t stuck. He’ll start to smell.
